  1. Hi Sharaz,

All I can say is that after reading your post, I feel like I could go for one of Booster Juice's smoothies right about now. And when I think about it, that's probably how a lot of other consumers are feeling too.

In short, it's easy to understand why Booster Juice seems to be all the rave these days, and I'd simply put it down to the amazing promotional work they do. That is, when a brand like Booster Juice attempts at making the largest smoothie in the world, they are sure to make news. As a result, they raise brand awareness, and strengthen brand recognition, making themselves out to be a leader in their industry.

While some could call this a publicity stunt, I say it's effective strategic work on the part of the Booster Juice marketing team.

Great post Sharaz, keep these posts coming. I think I'll be having a Booster Juice smoothie this week!

    Cheers,

    Matt

  2. Hi Sharaz,

It was very interesting to learn that Booster Juice set a record for the largest smoothie in the world. I would've loved to be there and witness this amazing achievement!

I'm not a frequent customer of Booster Juice but the smoothies that I have tried tasted really good. I would love to see them open up more stores since that is the reason why I don't get a lot of chances to go there. I'm also very glad they raised money for a charity, it shows that they care about the society and donating to Cancer research is an amazing way to start.

Thank you for a really interesting post and I look forward to your upcoming ones.

  3. Hi Sharaz,

That's a big smoothie! 3.5 hours of preparation time is quite a bit but I guess it was well worth it. It's cool that the record was broken here in Canada and pretty close to home. Also the fact that the money raised was for the Canadian Cancer Society. It was all for a good purpose. I wonder how long until someone else tries to break the current record.

    Thanks for sharing.

    Ruben
